"I hate it when the stores go from Halloween to Christmas and don’t give us any time to be thankful."

Interesting perspective. Why wait until a certain time of year to be thankful, and why depend on the stores for that opportunity?? :-)

Rebecca: I'm pretty sure the person who said that was joking, but with statements taken out of context it can be hard to tell.

This Overhead made me smile! On the commercial end of things, Thanksgiving sure does get overlooked. One minute, stores are full of Halloween doodads; the next, everything Christmas! At hour house, the boys like holiday window clings, but do you think we could find any for Thanksgiving? No, we could not. Ah well.

Oops, that was supposed to be "at our house" not "at hour house." Tpyos, tyeh plauge me...
