Thanks, Casey. Spiders like to spin webs on the local docks. Just as I snapped this picture, a catamaran sail shaded the sun, so I was able to photograph “into” the water instead of getting a reflection off the surface.
Excellent, Ann. I like the congruence between the patterns in the web and the water. When I squinch my eyes, the bright spots on the webs look like stars, the part above like clouds. It might be fun to try more photos of webs over water in different light conditions. -- Tim
