Chicago

We went to Chicago to watch Sam compete in the USA Taekwondo National Championships. He represented the Michigan team in World Class Sparring. He didn't advance, but simply getting to Nationals is quite an accomplishment.

Love the Field Museum! You've got to be busting a gut with pride over your son's accomplishments. No small feat. Sounds like a great trip.

Thanks, Kim. Getting to Nationals is really something.

I'm starting to worry.

Did Sue T. Rex ask your family to dinner?

Hear she has quite an appetite for people of fine taste; boney though she looks. Plus, no new post lately. Not even when I left town for two days. (People post when I'm not looking.)

Hope you Taekwondoughed Sue T. Rex, if she tried to put the bite on you.

Would say more, but in my delerium only I understand me. (I think. Unless I don't.)

Hope the Windy City was great. Bang-A-Gong to ya!

Wyman: No worries. We weren't devoured in Chicago. It was a busy week. The heat wave had me watering my huge garden project way too often, plus I'm contemplating new directions for my WIP. I'll post next week.

That's okay. All my readers are on vacation, searching for a nice cool iceberg. Can't blame them.

In FL, I take hiding from the sun for granted. Never adapted to FL heat.

Hang tough and don't wilt--that goes for all, who are sweltering in the heat.

Heatwaves aren't cool.
