  1. Ooh! Exceedingly lovely macro shots. The twisty red stuff is my favorite. I love the blues. What kind of camera are you using? Does it have a polarizing feature or accommodate a polarizing lens? That's been the most frustrating thing for me with the camera I'm using - no polarizing. Though I can manipulate the red-blue spectrum, the white balance, etc. to make better skies, there's nothing like real filters. -- Tim

    The camera is a Sony Cybershot DSC-H3, nothing fancy, and I don't have any filters. I was lucky enough to take those shots on a blue sky day. I did adjust the brightness on the daffodil, but somehow, pictures always look a little different when I put them in my blog. The red twisty things are blossoms on our maple tree.
